History in the making

Welcome to the historical part of the site.  Today we get to run around autocrosses, hillclimbs, TSD Rallies, track events, rallies and ice time trials with our um-teen-megapixal cameras and our fancy video recorders wherein we can post our digital images to the site within a day or two.  But there was a time that someone was running around with a black and white camera who had to wait a week for the film to be developed and then only share the images with people face-to-face.

Well, old time events meets the digital age.  We have be able to acquire some photos and videos of older events and posted them here on Vermontracing.  We feel that all auto events, regardless of club, type or location should be saved and archived for future generations to enjoy.  Each event is included below with a link (the image) to the content specific  the event.  If you have some photos, videos, newsletters, newspaper articles, slides, negatives, etc. of old automobile events in or near Vermont, contact us and we can publish everything to our site.  Enjoy.
